SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

We expect to ship your order within 7 days from the date of receipt however the normal shipping time will be within 4-5 days in most cases unless an item is out of stock. If your order is going to take more than 14 days, we will contact you immediately with an estimated delivery date, and you will have the right to change your order or cancel. Free delivery includes standard postage to anywhere in Ireland for orders over €100, if you wish to register the item you must pay the appropriate fee. Platinum 9 3/4 are not responsible for any items lost in post.

Return & Exchange Policy

Getting your goods to you swiftly and safely is of utmost importance to us. That's why we entrust our deliveries to carefully selected couriers.

Costs depend on your location, how quickly you'd like your package and what you've ordered. You can find out everything you need to know about our delivery charges below.

Free Delivery for orders over €100 throughout Ireland. 
For delivery in Ireland  - orders under €100 are charged at €10

For delivery within the UK - Flat rate of €20 will be charged

International Delivery - Flat rate of €45 will be charged

NB – If your order is travelling further afield than the EU, you may need to pay customs or import duties, once it reaches your homeland. These charges are out of our control and we have no way of predicting what they may be. As such, we cannot be held responsible for them.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country. So if you’d like more information, please contact your local customs office. Customs can also delay the delivery of orders.

Returns

While we hope you will be very happy with your purchase we understand that sometimes you might have second thoughts. You can either send the goods you wish to return to the Platinum 9 3/4  Jewelers Returns Department at the address below, or return your goods in store within 21 days of receipt.

Online Returns: As long as the goods you send back to us reach us within 21 days of receipt in their original, unused and unworn- [if they are not, we may be unable to accept the goods] we will refund your purchase with 30 working days of receiving your package. 

Online Returns to Store: You will be able to return online orders within 21 days of receipt for an exchange or gift card in store. If you wish for a refund, it will be processed according to our online returns policy stated above. We won’t be able to refund you for the goods in store, it will have to go through our online returns process.

We cannot accept any courier charges on delivery of an item to us. Returns must be made through the post office unless the customer covers a courier cost.
Please note that return post by courier would be the safest way of ensuring the item makes it back to us.
For exchanges, the shipment cost of any newly desired item plus any import tax or duties must be covered by the customer if based outside the Republic of Ireland.

Bespoke made pieces and special order items cannot be exchanged.

Assuming there is no manufacturing fault, they may only be returned on a case by case basis.
In general, engraved items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
This depends on the item. A re-polish fee may be incurred.
