[Snail Gel Cleanser] Squeeze a proper amount onto wet hands and lather up. Massage over the entire face then thoroughly rinse off with lukewarm water.
[Snail Toner] At the initial step of your skincare routine, take a proper amount lightly spread over the face along the skin texture, then gently pat until absorbed.
[Snail Serum] Take a proper amount and apply multiple times based on your skin type to layer up the moisture.
[Snail Cream] Take a proper amount and gently spread from inside to the outside of the face until absorbed.
In the event that you receive defective goods, please take photos or videos of the items and contact us immediately. We will review the report and help you proceed with the claim. If damage/theft occurred in transit, you must inform your nominated forwarder to file a claim, as we will not be responsible for the issues that arise during shipment. If you received faulty products, we will report them to the suppliers/manufacturers and help you file a claim.
Please do not dispose of the items until further notice. Please take as many photos as possible to expedite the process.
